Reading information from the internet can lead to skewed and/or biased information. So, the modern teacher's "new" position as "filter" becomes especially vital here. If we teach children the skills necessary to recognize the difference in biased information, they will only become better learners as they age. Children are eager to learn when given the opportunity to do so in the best way possible.
